Lauren Campoli: A Passionate, Persuasive Criminal Defense Attorney
Lauren Campoli is a Twin Cities criminal defense attorney known for her formidable advocacy and a style all her own. She is certified by the Minnesota State Bar Association as a Criminal Law Specialist, a distinction held by fewer than 1% of Minnesota attorneys. Ms. Campoli has a track record of success, including the dismissal of cases at preliminary hearings, the dismissal of cases on constitutional grounds, and the acquittal of numerous clients at trial. She has tried more than 55 criminal jury trials.
For nearly two decades, including fifteen years in Minnesota, Ms. Campoli has defended people charged in state and federal court with misdemeanor, gross misdemeanor, and felony offenses. Her practice spans DWI, drug offenses, assault and domestic assault, theft and property crimes, weapons charges, homicide, and juvenile matters. She also handles Title IX and student disciplinary proceedings, record expungement, and Harassment Restraining Orders (HROs) and Orders for Protection (OFPs).
Ms. Campoli graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame and cum laude from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School, where she received numerous awards for trial and appellate advocacy. She has practiced criminal defense in three states and is admitted to practice law in Minnesota, Pennsylvania, and Colorado. Her office is in Edina, Minnesota.
